Between the Pyrenees and the Bardenas Reales desert is the Comarca de las Cinco Vi-llas, the largest in Aragon. In its more than 3,000 km2 there are impressive monuments full of history, idyllic landscapes, people and traditions that make a visit to this land an authentic discovery.
Throughout the territory, art bears witness to the past in numerous churches and her-mitages, along with fortresses, the authenticity of its Jewish quarters and the many archaeological sites in the area. A legacy present in the multiple centers and museums with diverse themes that reflect the richness of a land with more than 10,000 years of history.
The Sierra de Santo Domingo, declared a Protected Natural Area, the spectacular viewpoints, the lagoons for fishing, or the natural wells where you can cool off, and sports activities in the middle of nature are some of the ingredients to enjoy the territory.
Crafts and ancient trades, historical recreations, rites that are preserved through gene-rations and gastronomy, whose recipes delve into the past, make this region a space where traditions can be experienced up close. This, together with the hospitality of the “cincovilleses” people, makes visitors live and feel the culture in a unique way.
