Zaragoza, a destination has begun its development as a Smart Tourist Destination through the preparation of a situation diagnosis based on the methodology promoted by SEGITTUR. A process that has resulted in obtaining a results report and action plan with which the destination will be able to establish its roadmap for the coming years, in order to continue advancing and improving continuously.

 Projects developed by other areas of the city council, and have an impact on tourism:

  • Urban transport electrification and accessibility project.
  • Digitalization and citizen service project through a ChatGPT app and a digital twin.
  • New film tourism project.

  • New APP. Collection of visitor statistics and satisfaction surveys.
