The new UNE 178508 standard approved in June 2022 will help destinations establish technical requirements that facilitate the development and interoperability of these fundamental tools to guide tourists during their stay. In this Smart Talk the main elements to take into account will be reviewed and some cases that have been part of a recent UNE study will be analyzed.
