In this Smart Talk, the main trends and opportunities in rural tourism for 2024 are revealed.

The Rural Tourism Observatory is the largest research project on rural tourism in Spain. This is a private research initiative developed to generate knowledge and provide valuable data about the rural tourism sector in Spain, which helps the actors in our sector in making decisions, and thus enhances its growth.

It is led by Alejandra Torent, Head of External Relations at EscapadaRural, a collaborating company of the DTI Network, and Dr. Enric López C., Research Professor at CETT-UB.
