The destination management tools, developed by GVAM, apply technology and digitalisation to the smart management of destinations and cultural facilities, such as access and flow management, automation of recommendations based on AI, digitalisation of tourism, etc. All within a single management system and multi-modal technological ecosystem:
- Digitalised tourist office assistants that provide digital route planners on tablet-like devices through a drag-and-drop interface of destination activities, show the suggested result in the form of a list or editable interactive map, as per the parameters indicated for the visitor and their profile. Visitors can also save these itineraries to their own devices.
- Real-time campaign management and digital marketing. By profiling and the use of AI, the dedicated module acts as a “campaign orchestrator”, connecting activities, events and offers, with the target audience in real time and with high-value automated actions.
- Access, flow and capacity management. This, based on the real-time monitoring of visitors in the destination, makes it possible to measure capacity, manage parking access, service bookings, as well as sending notices and alerts when a certain threshold is exceeded in specific areas.
- Data module, profiling and advanced statistics in relation to the use of tools by the user and the actions taken at the destination in real time.
- Connection with other tools and front-ends in place or are managed by GVAM, such as APPs, webapps, tourist portals, Smart Tourism Destinations Management platforms, etc. for the interrelation of data and logical actions.
