GVAM’s digital destination marketing tools feature a smart platform to automate the destination’s communications, actions and campaigns, thus involving and supporting local tourism.
- This eliminates the need for paper and simplifies distribution: the card is digital and can be purchased from any online medium in the form of a locator. A code is entered into the App that recognises it and downloads the resources pertaining to the corresponding pack.
- Monitoring, recommendation and increase in spending: using the digital City Card usage data and the context (nearby location, day and time, city agenda, etc.), the system recommends additional products or provides discounts at establishments and activities to increase direct or indirect spending.
- Data, access and transaction control: The solution includes GVAM statistics systems, QRs to provide access to integrated centres (turnstiles, tablets, etc.), a specific ticket sales tool for tourist and cultural attractions.
GVAM’s smart marketing tools are multi-support, adapting to APP/webapp front-ends, tourist portals, totems, tourist offices, etc.
