Telefónica’s Innovation Hub service provides the customer with a space with its own brand to help companies, entrepreneurs, university students and/or citizens in general by providing them with knowledge in the form of support services, accompaniment, training and mentoring for them to improve their capabilities and launch projects and/or products to facilitate their adaptation to this new digital world, fulfilling the objectives set by the person responsible for the Hub. Examples of this include:
- Promotion of job creation and entrepreneurship in the region.
- Training for local residents, eliminating the social gap.
- Talent retention and combatting depopulation.
- Creation of new products and services to be included in the portfolio of Large Companies.
- Development of innovative solutions to improve internal processes.
The service consists of a series of tools, processes and people made available to the customer (Public Administration or Large Private Client) to achieve the aims defined at the outset of the project and that, depending on the type of Hub and the Customer, will be structured around technology or entrepreneurship, although Telefónica’s proposal encompasses both worlds.
