The aim of the Virtual Assistance Office is to facilitate remote procedures between tourists/citizens and the administration, offering personal assistance via videoconference by a professional, assisting the participant to complete the necessary formality satisfactorily. The process of performing a formality spans the entire procedure, from when the participant requests an appointment until after the video conference is held.
The Virtual Assistance Office helps organisations offer administrative procedures that citizens and tourists have to perform via their mobile phone and ensure that these are carried out in an easy, safe and legal manner. Through this service it is possible to improve the organisation’s relationship with citizens and tourists, enhancing efficiency and proximity.
